How are caps measured?

Only Active ONUs are metered. Suspended or deleted ONUs are not counted. Caps scale for ONUs, OLTs and Users across paid plans.

What happens when I cross caps?

There is a grace period after crossing caps. During grace, everything continues to work. After grace, write actions are locked until you upgrade or go back under caps.

Do prices include taxes?

Taxes/VAT may apply at checkout depending on your country and tax status.
